It's simple to do, just click it and it should launch your email client to send an email to me at the address in the link. Just hit 'Send'. The email can be blank but if your address looks suspicious I might moderate you 'til I know you're not a spammer. If you're a webmail person, you can just send an email to that same address which is spsc2-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
