Nov 6, 2015 by alexb

Time to liven this place up with a AP kite foling post! :)

Video will need HTML5 to play and a half decent internet connection.

Hahaha Charlie! I think windsurfing in high heals would be way easier. Foiling is more like trying to balance a barrel, on a teeter totter while you're trying to fly a kite and pull the whole thing along.

I really didn't get the foiling bug as much as I thought I would. But there's no denying its light wind ability. The Serenity can't touch a kite foil in light winds, nothing can. And mine's one of the least efficient foils out there. If the kite flies, I can foil upwind. The hardest part is getting the kite to fly around 7mph.

I've forgotten what slogging is. You guys still do that? :D
