The Shell Point Sailboard Club offers FREE windsurfing lessons during the summer. You may attend as many lessons as you like as long as you let the training coordinator know when you will be there. All equipment is also provided free of charge.

Lessons are held on the second and fourth Saturday of each month starting May 22nd and ending September 11th. Lessons on Saturday start at 11:00 a.m. and last about four hours.

Depending on interest, we may use the other Saturdays as practice days for those who have taken lessons. If we do so, we will post the information of practice days on the training website. Please register ahead of time as the class capacity is six students at a time.

Students should be a competent swimmers and must wear a personal floatation device ("life vest") which will be provided by SPSC. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by adults.

Please bring the following items with you:

  • shoes (beachwalkers)
  • sunscreen
  • water
  • and lunch if you so desire.
Signup for lessons or ask questions.
